Many people believe that eating eggs every day can increase the level of cholesterol in the body. In fact, a research has disproven this whole egg paranoia, but the recommendations to avoid them are still here.

Group no.2 ate 2 eggs, and group no.3 ate 3 bagels for breakfast. According to the research, the results were shocking. The group that consumed eggs lost 35% more belly fat and 65% of their weight than the group who ate bagels.

However, there were no differences in the cholesterol levels.

Eggs are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. Furthermore, they can lower the levels of triglyceride in the blood and boost the cardiovascular health. So, if you consume plenty of eggs, you might be able to prevent various health problems.

Eggs contain vitamin B9, a vitamin also known as folic acid. The lack of folic acid during pregnancy can damage the central nervous system of the unborn child. Also, there is a possibility that it might cause its spinal cord and brain to be deformed.
